The Renewed Hope Approach
The Renewed Hope Approach is built on one simple truth: trauma happens—but we can live again
We help people move from merely surviving to truly living through a process that restores faith, renews identity, and rebuilds purpose. Grounded in God’s healing power and guided by evidence-based practices, this approach meets people where they are and walks with them toward lasting transformation.
Renewed hope isn’t just a feeling. It’s a framework for growth, faith, and life restored.
Re-entry Experts
Re-entry Experts supports returning global workers as they navigate the often-overlooked journey of coming home. We guide individuals and families through the four phases of re-entry—Preparing, Landing, Grounding, and Re-engaging—helping them process their experiences, rediscover purpose, and reconnect in healthy, life-giving ways.
Grounded in faith and informed by trauma-aware practices, our approach offers a safe space for reflection, healing, and growth. Whether you’re unpacking years of overseas service or finding your footing in a new season, we walk with you every step of the way.
Because coming home is more than a transition—it’s a transformation.
Renewed Hope Academy
Renewed Hope Academy equips ministry and lay leaders to understand and respond to trauma through a faith-based, trauma-sensitive lens. We believe the church should be a place of safety, healing, and restoration—and that begins with informed, compassionate leadership.
Our training helps leaders recognize the impact of trauma, respond with wisdom and grace, and create supportive spaces where people can experience God’s healing presence. Through practical tools, biblical insight, and guided reflection, participants learn how to strengthen both their ministries and the communities they serve.
Because when leaders are equipped to care well, hope is renewed—for everyone.

Join the Navigating the
Re-entry Journey Book Club!

This new resource is designed to equip global workers, organizations, and churches with a faith-based, trauma-informed approach to walking through re-entry.
The book club kicks off on Jan 10th at 8AM CST.
We’ll read two chapters per week and come together to discuss the reflection questions at the end of each chapter.
If just need the accountability or if you’re considering any of our upcoming trainings, this book is required reading—so why not walk through it together in community?
If we have enough interest, we’ll also offer an additional Monday morning group.
