I have served in ministry and mental health for the past 20 years — from my early days as a pastor’s wife to missionary, and now as an Author, Christian Counselor, Trauma-Informed Coach, and Spiritual Director. I hold a PhD in Faith-Based Holistic Trauma Care, which deepens my commitment to helping others heal and thrive through evidence-based, faith-rooted practices.
After walking through my own season of ministry burnout and cumulative trauma, I believed my time in ministry had come to an end. I gave it one last chance — and little did I know, that season of uncertainty would lead me to my next calling: helping others find hope and clarity in their own seasons of feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people through some of life’s hardest moments — health crises, loss, divorce, political upheaval, major life transitions, and even a global pandemic.
Out of these experiences, I created the Renewed Hope Approach — a practical, step-by-step process to help people take their next steps forward in seasons of uncertainty. This approach is now used by individuals and organizations around the world.
I’m passionate about equipping and encouraging others as they pursue healing, clarity, and renewed hope. I would be honored to serve you on your journey.
