All the Pieces of Me: Intro to Loss, Identity, and Release

$50.00

A 3-Week Small Group for Adult Third Culture Kids

Because re-entry wasn’t meant to be done alone.

As an Adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK), navigating identity, belonging, and transition can feel complex. Maybe you’ve found yourself wondering where “home” really is, or noticing how old losses still shape your present. You’re not alone in that.

Research shows that 3 out of every 5 Adult TCKs say their adult lives are impacted by unresolved grief. Another 1 in 5 say it sometimes affects them.
Grief doesn’t disappear — it hides in our identity, relationships, and daily life. But healing is possible.

This November, join us for a 3-week guided small group designed specifically for Adult TCKs who are ready to name their story, reconnect with their identity, and begin releasing the weight they’ve been carrying.

💬 What You Can Expect

Each 90-minute session combines reflection, conversation, and gentle guidance from Re-entry Experts and fellow TCKs. Together, we’ll:

  • 💔 Name the Invisible Losses we carry and begin to understand how they shape us

  • 🌍 Explore Our Cultural Mosaic Identities — what feels solid, what’s shifting, and what makes us uniquely whole

  • 🕊️ Practice Releasing Expectations and Burdens that no longer serve us, creating space for freedom and grace

You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed perspective, and a sense of community with others who understand your journey.

Re-entry is not a one-time event — it’s a layered process. Sometimes, being seen and understood is the first step toward healing.
