We will be using a step-by-step trauma-informed workbook Restore  designed to bring healing and hope that you can learn to facilitate. Each week, you’ll explore a new trauma principle, learn how to lead a group, and practice your facilitation skills. The program culminates in a quiz on trauma principles and personalized guidance to help you lead your own groups confidently.
