So this Fall, we’re doing something new. And we’re doing it together.

Starting Tuesday, September 2nd, we’re combining what was previously our two 6-week cohorts (Restore and Rebuild) into one 12-week experience. This new format includes less individual work during the week, and more opportunities to connect and process as a group.

This is your Fall Reset — a gentle yet intentional space to pause before the holidays, reflect on where you are, and move forward with others who are walking a similar road.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Start Date: Tuesday, September 2nd

• Time: 9:00–11:00 AM CST

• Format: 12-week cohort (combining Restore + Rebuild into one extended experience)

If you’ve already participated in a Restore or Rebuild 6-week cohort, you’re more than welcome to join again — and we’re offering a discounted rate for returning participants. Re-entry is not a one-time event — it’s a layered process. Sometimes a second round gives you what you didn’t know you needed the first time.

If enough people register, we’ll open two separate groups so that everyone gets the attention and space they need to grow.
