Start Your Healing Journey with Restore

Restore is the starting point of the Renewed Hope Approach. Whether you’re processing a major life transition, experiencing the aftermath of loss, or simply feeling stuck in a season of uncertainty—Restore offers a safe, structured, and faith-based way forward.

Over the course of 6 weeks, you’ll work through the Restore Workbook, either:

  • Individually at your own pace,

  • With a trusted friend or mentor, or

  • In a small group cohort led by a trained facilitator.

Each week introduces a trauma-informed principle from a biblical perspective to help you:

  • Recognize and name what has happened,

  • Begin healing from grief, guilt, or shame,

  • Reconnect with God’s presence in your pain,

  • And build a foundation for what comes next.

This is not just a course—it’s a space to be seen, heard, and supported.
